Lanhua Group Overseas warehouse 30,000 m² Fully Automated Smart Warehouse (Core Parameters)
– Core Positioning: Self-owned property equipped with four-way shuttle system, stacker automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS), and fully automated picking system, tailored for high turnover and high-density storage in cross-border e-commerce. It was put into use in December 2025.
– Scale & Capacity: Covering an area of 30,000 m²; with approximately 20,000 pallet storage positions and nearly 110,000 bin storage positions; the daily order processing capacity reaches 120,000+ orders, with the peak capacity capable of handling higher throughput.
– Core Systems: Four-way shuttle vehicles + stacker AS/RS + automated conveyor lines + fully automated picking system; integrated with WMS/WCS/ERP systems in depth, supporting full-process unmanned operations and dark warehouse operations with an accuracy rate of ≥ 99.99%.
Ⅰ. Core Modules & Layout
1.Storage Area (Four-way Shuttle + Stacker AS/RS)
– Four-way shuttle dense storage: Shared aisles and cross-floor operations increase space utilization by 30%-50% compared with traditional warehouses, and multi-vehicle collaboration improves throughput.
– Stacker AS/RS: High-rise shelves paired with stackers are suitable for heavy and bulky goods, with a positioning accuracy of ± 2 mm to ensure stable storage and retrieval.
– Zoning: The pallet zone has around 20,000 positions, and the bin zone has about 110,000 positions, which can adapt to different SKUs and order structures.
2.Picking Area (Fully Automated Picking)
– Goods-to-person picking: Bins/pallets are automatically transported to picking stations with light/screen guidance, improving efficiency by 5-8 times.
– Automatic sorting: Cross-belt/slider sorting systems support parallel processing of multiple orders with an error rate close to zero.
3.Inbound & Outbound & Loading Docks
– Automated conveyor lines connect storage, picking and loading docks; the inbound process includes scanning, weighing and inspection → automatic slotting; the outbound process covers checking, packing → automatic sorting to corresponding docks.
4.System & Scheduling
– WMS (Warehouse Management System): Real-time inventory synchronization, batch/expiry date management, and FIFO (First-In-First-Out) implementation.
– WCS (Warehouse Control System)/RCS (Robot Control System): Schedules four-way shuttles, stackers and sorting lines, realizes multi-equipment collaboration and intelligent bottleneck alleviation.
– ERP Integration: Connects orders, inventory and finance to support the integration of cross-border e-commerce supply chain.
Ⅱ. Core Values (Cross-border E-commerce Adaptability)
– Efficiency: With a daily order processing capacity of over 120,000, labor costs are reduced by about 80%, and the warehouse has stronger elasticity to handle peak demands during promotions.
– Cost: Space utilization is increased by 30%-50%.
